The Swiss e-commerce service provider MS Direct AG, based in St. Gallen, is expanding its management team: Christian Neumayer will take over the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) on May 1, 2025, and will be responsible for the areas of Returns and Fulfillment. Neumayer succeeds Fabrizio Anner in this position, who will take on the newly created role of Chief Technology Officer at MS Direct.
Extensive Logistics Experience
With Neumayer, MS Direct gains a logistics expert with many years of experience in building and managing complex logistics structures. Most recently, he worked for seven and a half years as Vice President Fulfillment & Quality at Zooplus, where he managed the European fulfillment locations. Before that, he spent four years in various roles at Amazon and was responsible for the establishment and operation of the first German delivery station as a last-mile carrier.
