The manufacturer of multidirectional forklifts, Hubtex Maschinenbau, is coming to LogiMAT 2025 in Stuttgart with a new idea for fleet management, which will take place from March 11 to 13 in Stuttgart: The displayed connectivity solution provides an overview of vehicle and fleet data and enables access control as well as the recording of damage caused by force, if necessary. The functions are optionally available for all Hubtex models.
Similar to remote access to the multi-way forklifts, users can view all relevant vehicle and fleet data online via Hubtex’s fleet management portal and draw conclusions about the usage, energy efficiency, and productivity of forklifts and the entire fleet.
Additionally, optional functions can be integrated, such as monitoring battery levels, documenting daily access control, and precise driver assignment—either through individual PIN codes or transponder access. The recording and documentation of impact damages are also possible. Access is flexibly available through an app or browser.
„The main advantage of our system is that we enable deep integration into our vehicle electronics with remote access while simultaneously offering state-of-the-art fleet management on one platform,“ says Michael Röbig, Head of Product Management at Hubtex.
The connectivity solution, presented for the first time at LogiMAT, is optionally bookable for all of the manufacturer's vehicles and can be retrofitted in many types, according to the provider.
As another new system, the company presents a sensory aisle entry assistance for rail-guided multi-directional forklifts. The semi-automatic system is intended to support the driver when entering the narrow aisle and prevent accidents. The assistance system was developed with regard to the "PhoeniX" series, which is often configured for narrow aisle operations in long goods warehouses in various load capacity classes up to 35 tons.
