Mobile brush washing systems are increasingly being used for cleaning buses and trucks. These are designed for easy operation and usually allow a wash in under ten minutes. The Battery Easydrive model, the best-selling model for several years from the Lower Bavarian provider Speedywash, also enables particularly energy-saving cleaning.

The comfortable operation is supported, among other things, by a height-adjustable and movable steering drawbar. In its drawbar head, there are two handles, a throttle (right handle), and control elements for operating the system.

Turn the steering drawbar and rotate the throttle

With the push of a button, for example, the brush inclination can be adjusted to better reach slanted surfaces. To operate the brush washing system, the steering drawbar only needs to be turned accordingly, and the throttle should be rotated towards the operator. The brush washing system then moves, allowing buses or trucks, as well as transporters or other trucks, to be easily, quickly, and accurately maneuvered and washed - quietly, emission-free, and independently of electricity and water connections at the washing site, since the tank and drive are on board the Battery Easydrive. The prerequisite is merely a site approved for washing.

Otherwise, the battery-powered machine with an integrated water tank allows for largely water connection-independent and hose-free operation. According to the provider, depending on the level of dirt, three to four vehicles can definitely be cleaned before water needs to be refilled. Slanted surfaces can be reached through the electric brush inclination, while the system itself remains vertical. And the wheels ensure a stable position throughout the washing process, it is said.

The mobile cleaning machine for commercial vehicles is also intended to last a long time due to its robust design: Speedywash offers a ten-year warranty on the frame and chassis made of stainless steel. And the direct drive of the brush shaft is maintenance-free since it is designed without a chain. It is economical to use, as the upper water nozzles can be turned off for smaller vehicles like vans, for example.

Speedywash is headquartered in Landau an der Isar and was founded over 50 years ago as "Weinberger Reinigungstechnik". The company was renamed in 2002. Regional representations for the products are located in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
