With two practical vehicle solutions, Langendorf presented itself at this year's Bauma in Munich. Already on the first day of the fair, the manufacturer of special vehicles reported a strong influx of visitors. At the center of interest were two exhibits: the low-loader trailer "TÜ 30 smart" and the insulated semi-tipper trailer "SKS-HS ISOXX".

Both vehicles are designed for demanding construction site operations and combine robust technology with economic benefits. The three-axle low-loader "TÜ 30 smart" has a tare weight of 7.9 tons with a permissible total weight of 30 tons. The overall length, including the drawbar, is 10,760 millimeters.

Adjustable, laterally movable ramps on the "TÜ 30"

Langendorf placed particular emphasis on flexibility and safety in machine transport with this model. Automatically adjustable, laterally movable ramps with a width of 700 millimeters enable the loading of a wide variety of construction machines – from excavators and rollers to graders. A telescopic loading platform extension further expands the range of applications. Standard equipment includes a 40-millimeter strong hardwood floor, numerous lashing rings, and stake pockets. Optional rubber-metal pads and ramps in mechanical or hydraulic versions are available – each in steel or aluminum. Langendorf also offers individual customization options for the chassis (suspension) and the drawbar. LED all-round lighting and extendable warning panels with marker lights complement the safety concept.

For particularly heavy machines up to 30.5 tons, Langendorf also offers a four-axle version.

Insulated Tipper Semi-Trailer "SKS-HS ISOXX" Meets DIN 70001

The manufacturer presented the tipper semi-trailer "SKS-HS ISOXX" as the second highlight. The insulated trough meets the requirements of DIN 70001 and holds up to 24.3 cubic meters of loading volume—suitable for both light bulk material transport and heavy demolition or hot asphalt. The empty weight is 6,380 kilograms.

The construction is designed for high loads: the front wall and sides are made of four-millimeter thick Hardox HB 450 inside, and the floor is made from five-millimeter material thickness. A 50-millimeter thick insulation between the inner and outer skin provides the necessary thermal insulation.

To increase cost-effectiveness, the three-axle trailer is equipped with an axle lift on the first axle. The system, guided by a cable in the middle, offers more ground clearance and is intended to reduce tire wear during empty runs. A Cramaro sliding cover also reliably protects the trough from weather influences.

The standard equipment includes, as with all Langendorf tipper semi-trailers, a combined press for high and low pressure and a central control stand on the chassis.
