After more than four decades of technical continuity, Kärcher is introducing a new generation of its stationary hot water high-pressure systems. The powerful devices achieve up to 1,300 liters sweeping capacity per hour at a pressure of up to 210 bar – a significant performance leap compared to the previous series. The stationary systems are specifically designed for professional users in industry, transport, and agriculture, where stubborn, oily, or greasy contaminants need to be removed regularly and efficiently.
A central feature of the new series is the modernized control concept: a rotary switch and revised electronics simplify handling and service. At the same time, proven components such as a crankshaft pump, water-cooled 4-pole electric motor, large water filter, and descaler tank ensure a long service life, even under demanding operating conditions.
Central installation supplies outlets via high-pressure pipelines
The devices can be operated with diesel or gas and offer a heating output of up to 108 kW. The central system is installed in the technical room and supplies various outlets via a high-pressure pipeline network. There, users can work directly with a high-pressure hose and gun without setup times.
The detergent dosing also takes place directly at the dispensing point. A display shows operating states and error messages, thereby facilitating maintenance work. The systems are also based on a uniform module platform, which improves spare parts availability. Customers who already use previous models can continue to use existing components such as the base frame, chimney, or pipes.
The logistics have also been reworked
In the anniversary year 2025 – Kärcher celebrates 90 years of company history – the cleaning specialist is also working on its logistics: In Obersontheim, the company has put a fully automated high-bay warehouse into operation. In collaboration with the consulting company IO, a modern logistics solution with over 29,000 spaces for pallets and grid boxes was created. The new warehouse supplies the plant in Bühlertal, where, among other things, hot and cold water high-pressure cleaners are produced.
The facility, which is 120 meters long, 38 meters wide, and 28 meters high, is equipped with five storage and retrieval machines, around 190 meters of pallet conveyor technology, and 130 meters of electric floor track. Eight vehicles ensure a smooth material flow – with up to 180 movements per hour. With this, Kärcher lays the foundation for a future-proof, automated supply to its production.
